Description
Le panneau panoramique Duraluxe 90×30 cm est un support vierge en aluminium, rigide et sans cadre, conçu pour la sublimation. Long et étroit, il sert aussi d'enseigne de bandeau, de plaque nominative ou de bannière au-dessus d'un rayonnage.
- Cintrable à la main à température ambiante, avant ou après pressage.
- Pour l'extérieur, choisissez Glossy, Matte, Satin ou Canvas : ces quatre finitions sont garanties 5 ans contre les UV.
- Résiste aux rayures et aux graffitis ; la peinture acrylique en bombe part à l'alcool éthylique.
- Base : aluminium architectural de 1,2 mm (0,047").
- Peut être cisaillé et percé avant ou après décoration.
Ne contient ni COV ni solvant, et reste ininflammable. Au choix : Glossy, Matte, Satin ou Canvas, ou les finitions spéciales Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky et Glow, soit huit au total. La protection UV vient de la surface polymère thermolaquée : les couleurs restent vives. Grands tirages photo, murs d'ambiance de restaurant et, avec une finition extérieure, enseignes en façade : tout convient au format 90×30 cm.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
