Notre panneau Duraluxe 45×30 cm au format 3:2 transforme un transfert par sublimation en impression sur métal nette et sans cadre. Choisissez le 45×30 cm pour l'art au bureau, la signalétique d'orientation et les tirages lisibles d'un bout à l'autre d'une pièce.
- Usage intérieur et extérieur selon la finition, avec 5 ans de garantie extérieure sur Glossy, Matte, Satin et Canvas.
- La couche anti-graffiti résiste aux rayures ; le marqueur permanent s'enlève à l'étasol/MEK.
- Cisaillage et perçage fonctionnent sur panneau vierge comme imprimé.
- Le revêtement poudre polymère préserve les couleurs de la décoloration au soleil.
- Cintrable à la main à température ambiante, avant ou après pressage.
Les photographes choisissent le 3:2 pour les paysages et la photo de rue, exactement comme cadrés à la prise de vue. Au choix : Glossy, Matte, Satin ou Canvas, ou les finitions spéciales Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky et Glow, soit huit au total. Aluminium de qualité architecturale, 1,2 mm (0,047") d'épaisseur. How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
