All products on DuraluxePrint are made to order. The shipping term is 2-3 days from placing the order and confirming the payment.The delivery of the products is made by express courier, to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of placing the Order.
The buyer must provide at the time of placing the Order the real and correct invoicing and delivery addresses.
Duraluxe Print will do everything possible to comply with the delivery terms mentioned to the Customer / Buyer by e-mail or telephone. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays or loss of packages caused by a third party or caused by an unforeseeable cause.
If the package has not been received within the indicated deadlines, we will start an investigation together with the courier company in order to establish the causes that led to this situation.
