How and when Duraluxe Print delivers your order

Processing time
All Duraluxe products are made to order. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2–3 business days of the order being placed and payment confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is made by express, tracked courier to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your billing and delivery details are complete and correct at the time of ordering — we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
Delivery times & delays
We do everything possible to meet the delivery estimates communicated to you by email or phone. However, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the courier or by unforeseeable circumstances outside our control.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the courier to establish the cause and resolve it as quickly as possible.
