Description
Pour les ateliers de sublimation, le panneau Duraluxe 75×50 cm au format 3:2 est un support aluminium prêt à presser : rigide, sans cadre et précis. Le ratio 3:2 correspond à la plupart des capteurs reflex et hybrides : les photos plein cadre s'impriment sans recadrage.
- Se cintre à la main sans outil, même après sublimation.
- Percez-le pour la fixation ou ajustez-le à la cisaille, avant ou après sublimation.
- La tôle plus épaisse de 1,2 mm (0,047") reste rigide sans cadre.
- Ininflammable, zéro COV et zéro solvant.
- Le revêtement poudre polymère préserve les couleurs de la décoloration au soleil.
Usage intérieur et extérieur selon la finition, avec 5 ans de garantie extérieure sur Glossy, Matte, Satin et Canvas. How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
