Description
Pour les ateliers de sublimation, le panneau carré Duraluxe 40×40 cm est un support aluminium prêt à presser : rigide, sans cadre et précis. Pliable à la main une fois imprimé, sans aucun outillage. Robuste et anti-rayures, avec un revêtement anti-graffiti facile à nettoyer.
Un carré ne demande aucun choix d'orientation, ce qui simplifie les commandes en ligne. Les architectes d'intérieur prescrivent le 40×40 cm pour les couloirs, les salles de réunion et les salles d'attente.
- La tôle plus épaisse de 1,2 mm (0,047") reste rigide sans cadre.
- La protection UV vient de la surface polymère thermolaquée : les couleurs restent vives.
- Glossy, Matte, Satin et Canvas bénéficient d'une garantie UV extérieure de 5 ans ; Ice Touch, Salt Lake et Glow sont des finitions d'intérieur.
- Peut être cisaillé et percé avant ou après décoration.
- Au choix : Glossy, Matte, Satin ou Canvas, ou les finitions spéciales Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky et Glow, soit huit au total.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
