Notre panneau Duraluxe 20×15 cm au format 4:3 transforme un transfert par sublimation en impression sur métal nette et sans cadre.

En 20×15 cm, il se glisse dans une boîte cadeau ou une carte de vœux : idéal pour les souvenirs personnalisés et les cadeaux d'invités de mariage.
Utilisez le 4:3 pour les instantanés de famille, les photos d'animaux et les souvenirs de vacances pris au mobile. Pour l'extérieur, choisissez Glossy, Matte, Satin ou Canvas : ces quatre finitions sont garanties 5 ans contre les UV. La tôle plus épaisse de 1,2 mm (0,047") reste rigide sans cadre. Se cintre à la main sans outil, même après sublimation. La protection UV vient de la surface polymère thermolaquée : les couleurs restent vives.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
