Description
Pour les ateliers de sublimation, le panneau Duraluxe 15×10 cm au format 3:2 est un support aluminium prêt à presser : rigide, sans cadre et précis. Pour les cadeaux d'événement, la reconnaissance des équipes ou les souvenirs photo, le format 15×10 cm permet de produire de nombreuses petites pièces à partir d'un même visuel.
- La protection UV vient de la surface polymère thermolaquée : les couleurs restent vives.
- Résiste aux rayures et aux graffitis ; la peinture acrylique en bombe part à l'alcool éthylique.
- Base : aluminium architectural de 1,2 mm (0,047").
- Se cintre à la main sans outil, même après sublimation.
- Disponible en 8 finitions (Matte, Glossy, Canvas, Satin, WallSky, Salt Lake, Ice Touch, Glow).
Les studios qui impriment depuis les fichiers de l'appareil conservent tout le cadre avec ce ratio. Glossy, Matte, Satin et Canvas bénéficient d'une garantie UV extérieure de 5 ans ; Ice Touch, Salt Lake et Glow sont des finitions d'intérieur. Percez-le pour la fixation ou ajustez-le à la cisaille, avant ou après sublimation. Ne contient ni COV ni solvant, et reste ininflammable.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
