Description
Pour les ateliers de sublimation, le panneau Duraluxe A1 (594×841 mm) est un support aluminium prêt à presser : rigide, sans cadre et précis. Panneaux de bureau, avis et diplômes sont généralement conçus en format A : ce panneau y correspond.
- Disponible en 8 finitions (Matte, Glossy, Canvas, Satin, WallSky, Salt Lake, Ice Touch, Glow).
- Se cintre à la main sans outil, même après sublimation.
- Garantie extérieure de cinq ans pour Glossy, Matte, Satin et Canvas ; Ice Touch, Salt Lake et Glow s'utilisent en intérieur.
- Base : aluminium architectural de 1,2 mm (0,047").
Grâce à un thermolaquage polymère anti-UV, la couleur tient dans le temps. Cisaillage et perçage fonctionnent sur panneau vierge comme imprimé. Ne contient ni COV ni solvant, et reste ininflammable. Surface anti-rayures et anti-graffiti, facile à essuyer. Grands tirages photo, murs d'ambiance de restaurant et, avec une finition extérieure, enseignes en façade : tout convient au format A1.

- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth — no special cleaners needed

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
