Description
Pour les ateliers de sublimation, le panneau rectangulaire Duraluxe 60×50 cm est un support aluminium prêt à presser : rigide, sans cadre et précis. Les panneaux de 60×50 cm conviennent aux séries de galerie, à la déco de chambres d'hôtel et aux murs d'exposition des studios photo.
- Pour obtenir une courbe, le panneau imprimé se cintre à la main, sans outil.
- Pour l'extérieur, choisissez Glossy, Matte, Satin ou Canvas : ces quatre finitions sont garanties 5 ans contre les UV.
- La tôle plus épaisse de 1,2 mm (0,047") reste rigide sans cadre.
- Revêtement sans solvant ni COV sur un panneau ininflammable.
- Surface anti-rayures et anti-graffiti, facile à essuyer.
Menus, avis et panneaux de marque s'intègrent naturellement dans une mise en page rectangulaire. Cisaillage et perçage fonctionnent sur panneau vierge comme imprimé. Le revêtement poudre polymère préserve les couleurs de la décoloration au soleil. Huit finitions proposées – Glossy, Matte, Satin, Canvas, Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky et Glow.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
