Description
Pour les ateliers de sublimation, le panneau Duraluxe 120×80 cm au format 3:2 est un support aluminium prêt à presser : rigide, sans cadre et précis. Ininflammable, zéro COV et zéro solvant. Garantie extérieure de cinq ans pour Glossy, Matte, Satin et Canvas ; Ice Touch, Salt Lake et Glow s'utilisent en intérieur. La protection UV vient de la surface polymère thermolaquée : les couleurs restent vives.
Les panneaux 3:2 conviennent à la photo de voyage, de mariage et de sport, directement issue de l'appareil. Architectes et décorateurs utilisent des panneaux de 120×80 cm pour l'art en atrium, les murs de restaurant et, avec une finition extérieure, les grandes enseignes.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
