Description
Le panneau panoramique Duraluxe 60×20 cm offre une surface de sublimation haute définition sur un aluminium solide, sans cadre. Long et étroit, il sert aussi d'enseigne de bandeau, de plaque nominative ou de bannière au-dessus d'un rayonnage.
- Au choix : Glossy, Matte, Satin ou Canvas, ou les finitions spéciales Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky et Glow, soit huit au total.
- Glossy, Matte, Satin et Canvas bénéficient d'une garantie UV extérieure de 5 ans ; Ice Touch, Salt Lake et Glow sont des finitions d'intérieur.
- Pour obtenir une courbe, le panneau imprimé se cintre à la main, sans outil.
- Surface anti-rayures et anti-graffiti, facile à essuyer.
- Grâce à un thermolaquage polymère anti-UV, la couleur tient dans le temps.
Recoupez-le à la cisaille ou percez des trous de fixation, avant ou après impression. Son âme en aluminium architectural de 1,2 mm / 0,047" est plus épaisse que la moyenne. How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
