Votre visuel se transfère directement sur le panneau Duraluxe A4 (210×297 mm), un support métallique sans cadre pour la sublimation. Revêtement sans solvant ni COV sur un panneau ininflammable. Huit finitions proposées – Glossy, Matte, Satin, Canvas, Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky et Glow. Résiste aux rayures et aux graffitis ; la peinture acrylique en bombe part à l'alcool éthylique.
- Son âme en aluminium architectural de 1,2 mm / 0,047" est plus épaisse que la moyenne.
- Peut être cisaillé et percé avant ou après décoration.
- Pliable à la main une fois imprimé, sans aucun outillage.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
