Description
Votre visuel se transfère directement sur le panneau carré Duraluxe 10×10 cm, un support métallique sans cadre pour la sublimation. Garantie extérieure de cinq ans pour Glossy, Matte, Satin et Canvas ; Ice Touch, Salt Lake et Glow s'utilisent en intérieur. Percez-le pour la fixation ou ajustez-le à la cisaille, avant ou après sublimation. Se cintre à la main sans outil, même après sublimation.
Utilisez le format carré pour les tirages façon Instagram, les photos produit et les séries d'artiste. Ce format compact 10×10 cm convient aux petits cadres d'étagère, aux étiquettes produit et aux petits cadeaux d'appoint en caisse.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
