Description
Press your artwork directly onto the 80×70 cm Duraluxe rectangular panel, a frameless metal blank for dye-sublimation. Its core is 1.2 mm / 0.047" architectural aluminium, a thicker gauge than usual. The polymer powder coat guards printed colours against fading in sunlight. VOC-free, solvent-free and non-flammable. Bends by hand with no tools, even after sublimation.
Rectangular panels are the everyday choice for photos, certificates and signs. Use 80×70 cm for lobby branding, school and campus signage or as the centrepiece of a living space.
- Glossy, Matte, Satin and Canvas carry a 5-year outdoor UV warranty; Ice Touch, Salt Lake and Glow are interior finishes.
- Eight surfaces, from high-shine Glossy and glare-free Matte to Satin, textured Canvas, soft Ice Touch, rippled Salt Lake, sparkling WallSky and glow-in-the-dark Glow.
- Shear it to size or drill fixing holes, either before or after printing.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
