Coated and ready for the heat press, the 18×13 cm Duraluxe rectangular panel delivers vivid, high-definition sublimation on metal. For event giveaways, staff recognition and photo favours, the 18×13 cm format lets you produce many small pieces from one design.

18×13 cm is the classic 13×18 photo-print size. This proportion suits portraits in vertical orientation and scenery in horizontal. Indoor and outdoor use depending on finish, with a 5-year outdoor warranty on Glossy, Matte, Satin and Canvas. Can be sheared and drilled before or after decoration. Scratch-resistant, anti-graffiti surface that wipes clean. Colour lasts thanks to a UV-protective polymer powder coating.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
