Description
Our 240×40 cm Duraluxe panoramic panel turns a dye-sublimation transfer into a sharp, frameless metal print. Architects and interior designers use 240×40 cm panels for atrium art, restaurant walls and, on outdoor-rated finishes, large exterior signs.
- Glossy, Matte, Satin and Canvas carry a 5-year outdoor UV warranty; Ice Touch, Salt Lake and Glow are interior finishes.
- Contains no VOCs or solvents and is non-flammable.
- Hard-wearing and scratch-resistant, with an anti-graffiti coating that cleans easily.
- Shearing and drilling work on blank and printed panels alike.
- The polymer powder coat guards printed colours against fading in sunlight.
Long and slim, it doubles as a fascia sign, a name board or a shelf-top banner. A thicker 1.2 mm (0.047") sheet keeps it rigid without a frame. Bends by hand with no tools, even after sublimation. Available in 8 finishes (Matte, Glossy, Canvas, Satin, WallSky, Salt Lake, Ice Touch, Glow).

- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth — no special cleaners needed

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
