Description
Press your artwork directly onto the 150×50 cm Duraluxe panoramic panel, a frameless metal blank for dye-sublimation. When a curve is needed, the printed panel bends by hand with no tools. Drill it for fixings or trim it with a shear, pre- or post-sublimation. The polymer powder coat guards printed colours against fading in sunlight.
- Eco profile: VOC-free, solvent-free and non-flammable.
- Range: Choose Glossy, Matte, Satin or Canvas, or the special Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky and Glow: eight finishes in all.
- Warranty: Glossy, Matte, Satin and Canvas carry a 5-year outdoor UV warranty; Ice Touch, Salt Lake and Glow are interior finishes.
- Material: Architectural-grade aluminium, 1.2 mm (0.047") thick.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
