Our Duraluxe A2 panel (420×594 mm) turns a dye-sublimation transfer into a sharp, frameless metal print.
- Scratch-resistant, anti-graffiti surface that wipes clean.

- A thicker 1.2 mm (0.047") sheet keeps it rigid without a frame.

A-size panels are a durable replacement for laminated paper notices and posters. Eight surfaces, from high-shine Glossy and glare-free Matte to Satin, textured Canvas, soft Ice Touch, rippled Salt Lake, sparkling WallSky and glow-in-the-dark Glow. Contains no VOCs or solvents and is non-flammable. When a curve is needed, the printed panel bends by hand with no tools.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
