Description
Press your artwork directly onto the 40×30 cm Duraluxe 4:3 panel, a frameless metal blank for dye-sublimation. Hung alone or as a set, a 40×30 cm print fills the space above a desk, sideboard or bed.
- Shear & drill: Shear it to size or drill fixing holes, either before or after printing.
- Colour protection: Polymer powder-coating protects the image from UV for long-lasting colour.
- Eco profile: A solvent-free, VOC-free coating on a non-flammable panel.
- Material: A thicker 1.2 mm (0.047") sheet keeps it rigid without a frame.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
