Description
Press your artwork directly onto the 10×10 cm Duraluxe square panel, a frameless metal blank for dye-sublimation. Five-year outdoor warranty on Glossy, Matte, Satin and Canvas; use Ice Touch, Salt Lake and Glow indoors. Drill it for fixings or trim it with a shear, pre- or post-sublimation. Bends by hand with no tools, even after sublimation.
Use square formats for Instagram-style prints, product shots and artist series. This compact 10×10 cm format suits shelf-sized prints, product tags and low-cost add-on gifts at the till.
- Anti-graffiti: The anti-graffiti top layer resists scratches; permanent marker comes off with etasol/MEK.
- Colour protection: Colour lasts thanks to a UV-protective polymer powder coating.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
