Description
Für Sublimationsbetriebe ist das Duraluxe-Rechteckpaneel 140×100 cm ein pressfertiger Aluminium-Rohling – steif, rahmenlos und detailgenau. Der Kern besteht aus 1,2 mm / 0,047" Architektur-Aluminium, stärker als üblich. Für draußen Glossy, Matte, Satin oder Canvas wählen – alle vier mit 5 Jahren UV-Garantie im Außenbereich. Für die Montage bohren oder mit der Tafelschere beschneiden, vor oder nach der Sublimation. Eine Polymer-Pulverbeschichtung schützt das Motiv vor UV-Strahlung und hält die Farben lange frisch.
- Kratzfeste Anti-Graffiti-Oberfläche, die sich einfach abwischen lässt.
- Acht Oberflächen – vom brillanten Glossy und blendfreien Matte über Satin, strukturiertes Canvas und samtiges Ice Touch bis zu gewelltem Salt Lake, glitzerndem WallSky und nachleuchtendem Glow.
- Auch bedruckt noch per Hand biegbar, ganz ohne Werkzeug.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
