Description
Das Duraluxe-Panoramapaneel 90×30 cm ist ein formstabiler, rahmenloser Aluminium-Rohling für den Sublimationsdruck. Lang und schmal dient es auch als Blendenschild, Namensschild oder Banner über dem Regal.
- Bei Raumtemperatur von Hand biegbar, vor oder nach dem Pressen.
- Für draußen Glossy, Matte, Satin oder Canvas wählen – alle vier mit 5 Jahren UV-Garantie im Außenbereich.
- Widersteht Kratzern und Graffiti; Acryl-Sprühlack lässt sich mit Ethylalkohol entfernen.
- Basis: 1,2 mm starkes Aluminium in Architekturqualität (0,047").
- Kann vor oder nach der Veredelung geschnitten und gebohrt werden.
Enthält weder VOC noch Lösemittel und ist nicht brennbar. Zur Wahl stehen Glossy, Matte, Satin und Canvas sowie die Spezialoberflächen Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky und Glow – acht insgesamt. Der UV-Schutz kommt von der pulverbeschichteten Polymeroberfläche, die Farben bleiben leuchtend. Große Fotodrucke, Akzentwände im Restaurant und – mit außentauglicher Oberfläche – Außenschilder passen zum Format 90×30 cm.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
