Description
Unser Duraluxe-Paneel A2 (420×594 mm) macht aus einem Sublimationstransfer einen gestochen scharfen, rahmenlosen Metalldruck.
- Kratzfeste Anti-Graffiti-Oberfläche, die sich einfach abwischen lässt.
- Dank UV-schützender Polymer-Pulverlackierung bleibt die Farbe lange erhalten.
- Das dickere 1,2-mm-Blech (0,047") bleibt auch ohne Rahmen steif.
- Je nach Oberfläche für innen und außen, mit 5 Jahren Außengarantie auf Glossy, Matte, Satin und Canvas.
- Scheren und Bohren funktionieren bei unbedruckten wie bedruckten Paneelen.
In A2 wird daraus echte Wandkunst für Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Homeoffice.
A-Format-Paneele ersetzen laminierte Papieraushänge und Plakate dauerhaft. Acht Oberflächen – vom brillanten Glossy und blendfreien Matte über Satin, strukturiertes Canvas und samtiges Ice Touch bis zu gewelltem Salt Lake, glitzerndem WallSky und nachleuchtendem Glow. Enthält weder VOC noch Lösemittel und ist nicht brennbar. Soll es gebogen sein, lässt sich das bedruckte Paneel ohne Werkzeug von Hand formen.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
