Description
Das Duraluxe-Paneel A3 (297×420 mm) bietet eine hochauflösende Oberfläche für den Sublimationsdruck auf solidem Aluminium, ganz ohne Rahmen.
- Oberflächenwahl: Zur Wahl stehen Glossy, Matte, Satin und Canvas sowie die Spezialoberflächen Ice Touch, Salt Lake, WallSky und Glow – acht insgesamt.
- Stärkeres Aluminium: Das dickere 1,2-mm-Blech (0,047") bleibt auch ohne Rahmen steif.
- UV-Schutz: Eine Polymer-Pulverbeschichtung schützt das Motiv vor UV-Strahlung und hält die Farben lange frisch.
- Leicht zu bearbeiten: Scheren und Bohren funktionieren bei unbedruckten wie bedruckten Paneelen.
- Robuste Oberfläche: Kratzfeste Anti-Graffiti-Oberfläche, die sich einfach abwischen lässt.

Büroschilder, Aushänge und Urkunden werden meist in A-Formaten gestaltet – dieses Paneel passt genau. Lässt sich ohne Werkzeug von Hand biegen, auch nach dem Sublimationsdruck. Für draußen Glossy, Matte, Satin oder Canvas wählen – alle vier mit 5 Jahren UV-Garantie im Außenbereich. Enthält weder VOC noch Lösemittel und ist nicht brennbar.

How to Sublimate
Duraluxe Panel Preperation:
- Remove the white protective film from the panel
- Make sure surface is free of lint and dirt
- You may use alcohol to clean surface
- Make sure panel is dry before applying transfer paper
Pressing Instructions:
- Preheat heat press by cycling the press two times to warm up the base
- Place a Nomex or similar heat felt on top of rubber base
- Place a clean sheet of paper to cover felt to protect
from excess ink gas during sublimation process - Place Duraluxe Panel with transfer face down on top of
protective paper - Place clean paper or heat fabric on top of panel to
protect from heat platen surface during pressing - Check temperature is set for 196C/385F
- Press time is set for 120 seconds (adjust time depending on your heat press)
- Pressure is medium or 60 psi
- Press the panel
- Remove protective paper from back of panel
- Lift panel from press careful with heat gloves
- Remove transfer paper and place panel face up on a cooling table or rack
